Your missions?
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and support Agile teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices.
Remove impediments and protect teams from external disruptions to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders.
Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.
Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.
Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.
Your profile?
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience with Iot tecnology
Knowledge of English and Italian at C1 level is required.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic and international environment.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience with Agile transformation initiatives and tools such as Jira, Confluence,
or similar would be a plus.

Compensation & Pay Transparency
Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 26,000 – EUR 50,000).
Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
