/p pAs a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.
/p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liPoint of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
/li liArrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
/li liReview data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management.
Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
/li liDesign and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
/li liConduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
/li liKeep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
/li liResolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
/li liMay establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
/li liHas a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
/li liEnsure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
/li liLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
/li /ul h3What You'll Need: /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
/li liStrong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, with basic knowledge of related areas.
/li liAbility to communicate complex concepts and handle sensitive information effectively.
/li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
/li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, curious mindset.
