About the Role This is a unique opportunity to be part of a scaling commercial team, supporting international expansion (with a focus on Italy) and helping shape a more AI-first approach to sales and pipeline generation. Responsibilities * AI & Process Optimisation * Design, test, and scale AI-powered prospecting workflows * Continuously improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates * Turn insights into structured playbooks and best practices * Pipeline Generation * Execute targeted outbound strategies across enterprise and mid-market accounts in Italy * Engage key stakeholders across HR, L&D;, and Procurement functions * Combine AI-led outreach with personalised, high-impact engagement (including cold calling) * Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities * Own the full SDR lifecycle: prospecting ? qualification ? demo booking * Collaboration & Insights * Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging * Track activity and performance in CRM systems to inform strategy * Provide data-driven insights to improve conversion and pipeline quality Qualifications * 1–2+ years in a sales / commercial / SDR role (ideally SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech)
