OverviewExperteer OverviewIn this Electrical Engineer role, you own the electrical parts from concept through design, process and technology, aligning components with a modularization mission to standardize across the product family.
You will work on specifications, costing, safety compliance, and collaboration with mechanical design, labs, and suppliers to optimize solutions.
The role supports product development, certification activities, and qualification of new components, contributing to a broader strategy of responsible, scalable technology.
You will engage cross-functional teams to drive design for manufacturing and cost, shaping products for a sustainable future.
ResponsibilitiesElectrical design of projects meeting specifications, quality, cost and timing
Maintain electrical component overview (attributes, cost, quality) for production and benchmarks
Collaborate with mechanical design to define electrical aspects of product specifications




Support safety standards adherence in product development
Analyze products and processes related to the project
Assist labs with certifications and standards analysis
Coordinate with labs, prototype workshop, and electronics to optimize solutions
Communicate with suppliers and purchasing to define components per strategy
Support qualification of new components with factory, xysqume quality and reliability labs
Assist product care with modifications and special executions
Contribute to root cause analyses for quality improvements
Ensure BOM documentation and technical support are accurate
