ppLocation: /ppUK , Italy, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliParticipate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
/liliPerform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including: /liliFire Suppression System (FSS) /liliLiquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS) /liliDC Circuits (up to ****V DC) /liliAuxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC) /liliBMS Communication Systems /liliAssist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles.
/liliSupport on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team.
/liliParticipate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities.
/liliSupport customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage.
/liliTrack commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, After-Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) to resolve site issues efficiently.
/liliComply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree or above.
/liliPreferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines.
/lili1-3 years (Engineer), 5 yrs+ (Manager)



of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries.
/liliFamiliarity with one or more of the following areas: /liliBasic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; /liliEnergy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; /liliBasic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; /liliIndustrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP; /liliCommunication networks and fieldbus technologies.
/liliAbility to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings.
/liliKnowledge of BESS grid-connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred.
/liliProficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
/liliStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
/liliFluent in English for daily work and on-site communication; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required.
/liliWillingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term assignments at project sites overseas, including Europe and other international locations.
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV), or wind power projects.
/liliLow-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical certification, or equivalent electrical qualifications.
/liliExperience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment.
/liliAdditional language skills such as German, Spanish, or French are an advantage.
