Responsibilities:Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)Support and maintain Webex Cloud services (Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center)Monitor voice and video service performanceCollaborate with network, security,
