In charge of the training strategy/planning /execution and ROI evaluation, enhance the retail team sales ability and customer service ability through product knowledge, sales skill, improve Field Force team's performance.
/p p?Key Responsibilities? /p p Regional Training Strategy Coordination, Coordinate and oversee retail training roadmaps with all countries within the region for products/training skills; /p p Content Development Creative Output /polli Product Training: Translate complex technical specifications into consumer-friendly selling points and standardized training modules.
= /lili Multi-Media Content: Design high-impact PPTs and training manuals.
/lili Video Production: Script, film,



and edit training videos and role-play scenarios for digital learning platforms.
/li /olp Training Delivery "Train-the-Trainer" (TTT) /polli Direct Instruction: Lead high-level training sessions for country-level trainers, store managers, and key account (KA) staff.
/lili Field Coaching: Conduct regular market visits to audit training effectiveness and provide real-time coaching at the retail shop floor.
/li /olp Performance Analytics /polli ROI Evaluation: Track and analyze the correlation between training activities and sales performance.
/lili Feedback Loops: Establish a regional feedback mechanism to continuously optimize training materials based on market reality.
/li /olp Support Country for training program /pp Responsible for training agency choosing management /p p?Requirements? /pulli Experience: 8+ years of experience in the Smartphone or Tech industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a Training Management or Retail Operations role.
/lili Content Mastery: Expert-level PPT/Keynote skills.
/lili Proficiency in video shooting editing for micro-learning content.
/lili Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
Must be able to simplify technical jargon into compelling stories.
/lili Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-border stakeholders and coordinate teams across different cultural backgrounds.
/lili Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal).
