About Us For our Italian office in Genoa, we are looking for an EMEA HR Specialist to support the EMEA HR Lead in operational and administrative activities related to Human Resources management.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR activities and will collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to interview management.
Support and coordinate training initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and professional development programs.
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including management of the company's subsidized meal service through the designated platform.
Support the collection and preparation of documentation required for payroll processing and personnel administration.
Act as a liaison with external Labour Consultants for administrative, contractual, and regulatory compliance matters.
Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Contribute to local and international HR projects,



as well as employee engagement initiatives.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with Zucchetti HR software solutions.
Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

33,000 – €38,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, plus a variable annual premio.
The position follows a hybrid working model , requiring regular office attendance while offering the flexibility to work remotely in accordance with company policy.
