ph3Senior Software Developer – PHP/AWS /h3 pExperience Level: Senior (Minimum 3 years required) /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in bPHP /b and bAmazon Web Services (AWS) /b to join our growing development team in Rome.
You will be instrumental in leading the migration and digitalization of core legacy systems into scalable, cloud-based environments.

/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderstand and maintain the existing codebase to ensure system continuity.
/li liSupport future development and enhancements of the system.
/li liMigrate the system from a 3rd party AWS infrastructure to a newly established AWS environment within the organization.
/li liDevelop and maintain high-quality PHP codebases that support key business functions.
/li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud solutions.
/li liEnsure system security, reliability,



and performance throughout the development lifecycle.
/li liActively contribute to the digitalization strategy across platforms and services.
/li liProvide technical mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices.
/li liParticipate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
/li liProven experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
/li liSolid understanding of modern software development practices (CI/CD, containerization, microservices).
/li liExperience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
/li liFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
/li liStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
/li liFluent in Italian (English is a plus).
