Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management (M/F/D)

In this role you will shape procurement strategy for assigned commodities and lead supplier engagement to meet KPIs. You collaborate with Product Leadership, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing to align commodity plans with product goals. You will drive supplier selection during New Product Development and lead negotiations to secure best total cost. This position offers strategic impact in cost‐out and capacity alignment within a global energy technology context.

Responsibilities Develop and execute long‐term commodity strategies to optimize procurement KPI performance Integrate commodity plans with product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectives Lead supplier selection and management during New Product Development with cross‐functional support Negotiate and issue purchase orders to balance cost, quality,



and schedule Drive procurement initiatives for cost‐out programs, deflation, cycle time reduction, and cash flow improvements Leverage S&OOP; data to align supplier capacity with business goals Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) Excellent communication and influencing skills Analytical mindset with problem‐solving ability Strong oral and written communication Positive attitude towards change and adaptability Willingness to travel to Talamona or relocate/travel as needed Benefits Flexible working hours Private medical care Life insurance Disability programs Tailored financial programs * Additional voluntary benefits
