Experteer OverviewAs BIM Coordinator you will drive the implementation and management of digital BIM processes across pharmaceutical and biotech projects in Europe and beyond.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective use of BIM throughout the project lifecycle, applying methodologies and best practices.
The role is based in Corsico (Milan) with hybrid working options, offering opportunities to advance within a fast-paced consultancy shaping clients' digitalization journeys.
You will support high-profile, international projects and contribute to standards and technical solutions in a globally connected environment.
Retribuzione / BenefitsCoordinate BIM workflows across disciplines and ensure consistency of models and data
Support implementation of BIM standards, workflows and best practices across projects
Collaborate with engineering teams and external collaborators to optimize digital delivery
Assist model authoring, data exchange and clash coordination




Maintain documentation on BIM processes and project-specific requirements
Contribute to BIM-related training and knowledge sharing within the team
Support clients in their digitalization journey and adoption of BIM-enabled solutions
Engage with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines
ResponsabilitàStrong BIM methodologies knowledge and best practices
Proficiency in BIM software and related tools
Experience xysqume coordinating across multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Previous BIM coordination experience in a consulting environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international project setting
