We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Logistics Specialist
to join our Logistics team.
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, accurate documentation, and seamless collaboration with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
What You'll Do
As a Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other Functional departments and support the logistics process across Italy.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating domestic and international shipments from order to delivery.
Managing logistics documentation, shipping records, and inventory reporting.
Preparing logistics quotations and supporting Sales with project logistics planning.
Monitoring delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and communicating ETAs to customers.
Coordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses, HQ, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Supporting contract reviews and providing logistics solutions for customer projects.




Maintaining ERP and supply chain systems while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
Collaborating with Sales, Sales Support, and Logistics teams to resolve operational issues and continuously improve logistics processes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within an international company.
At least 2 years of experience managing inland transportation in Italy and Europe.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, transportation modes, customs procedures, EU VAT regulations, and supply chain principles.
Experience with ERP systems, reporting, and logistics documentation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient in English and Italian; Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese are an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
