Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.What about your responsibilities?
Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requestsProvide VIP user supportDeliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre supportPerform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment's)Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teamsManage printer and MFP supportSupport PC refresh activitiesManage ticketing systemEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Local stock managementLocation: San Giorgio Monferrato (Alessandria - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearbyContract: 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent)Please send your CV in English and we will be glad to share some more insights with you!
