Experteer OverviewIn this role you oversee welding operations on site in Monfalcone, ensuring quality and safety while supporting training and process improvements.
You supervise welding activities, evaluate materials and processes, and drive continuous improvement of safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize welding procedures and prevent waste.
This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role with a strong impact on product integrity and production performance.
Retribuzione / BenefitsAssess welder performance and recommend training or qualification programs
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and welding procedures; maintain equipment in good condition
Evaluate welding materials and processes; provide feedback to internal functions
Contribute to definition and optimization of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)




Identify and correct defects and inefficient practices causing waste or delays
Manage welding qualification documentation and records
Perform spot checks and inspections to verify compliance with procedures and quality requirements
ResponsabilitàTechnical diploma; IWI / IWE certification preferred
3 to 5 years of manual welding experience in regulated xysqume environments
Strong knowledge of welding processes, welder qualifications, and quality control
Willingness to work on a three-shift schedule
Intermediate proficiency in English
