SITE COMPLIANCE & QUALITY OFFICER (Maternity Leave Cover) The position, part of the Plant Quality Assurance Team, assure the availability and update of technical-scientific documentation (Compliance) for Raw materials, Packaging and Finished products in application to current laws. Work with Quality Assurance on Batch record review, Food supplement production need and training recording.
Maintain technical documentation of raw materials/packaging up to date and evaluate the impact of any changes to the relevant formulations Track recording of Training activity Support daily work in QA and Compliance Work on specific Project to improve training workflow and internal audit workflow Be a point of contact for Food supplement for QA aspects (complaints, NC, training, SOP updating) Use of MAX for ERP consultation Degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biotecnology) Ideally previous experience in food or drug company Good skill in office pack Fluent english good communication Contract Type: Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave ⏰ Full-time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday) Lavoro da remoto: Up to 2 days per week Gross Annual Salary Range: €33,000–€35,000 ️ Meal vouchers: €Please note that the recruitment process for this position will begin in September 2026.
