pSpandex Italia is seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Help Desk Engineer to support our Digital Workplace in Bologna, Italy.
You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, diagnose issues across Windows, M365, Entra ID/AD, and Intune, and own tickets through resolution.
