You Will: /h3 h3Sales Achievements /h3 ul lipEnsure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale /p /li lipPerfectly master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop) /p /li lipAdapt according to client(s) needs and motivations /p /li lipStrive to always improve and surprise the client(s) /p /li lipDeal with ease during negotiations and objections /p /li lipTransmit the passion and values of the Maison /p /li lipAct as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of After Sales /p /li lipMeet individual and boutique targets,



both quantitative and qualitative /p /li /ul h3Client Relationship Portfolio Development /h3 ul lipCultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty /p /li lipEfficiently develop the client portfolio /p /li lipExecute targeted CRM actions /p /li lipParticipate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison /p /li /ul h3Daily Boutique Operations /h3 ul lipRespect all brand and boutique policies and procedures /p /li lipParticipate in inventories /p /li lipParticipate in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique /p /li lipParticipate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines /p /li lipAssist with special projects when requested /p /li /ul h3HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
/h3 pWe are looking for candidates with previous experience hospitality sector or in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs.
Team-Player approach and Fluent in English and Italian.
