You will lead cross?functional teams across Europe and coordinate external partners to accelerate innovation and ensure robust, cost?effective development. The ideal candidate has a Master's or PhD in a relevant field, 5+ years in medical devices R&D;, and a proven track record in strategy and portfolio management, with fluency in English (German a plus).
