Ensure understanding and adherence to Scrum and scaled agile methods
Elevate team performance by identifying strengths and improvement areas
Facilitate team-level Scrum events (planning, daily, review, retrospective)
Coach and mentor teams to foster positive dynamics and collaboration
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and development goals
Remove impediments to maintain uninterrupted team progress
Promote cross-team collaboration and effective communication with customers and stakeholders
ResponsabilitàBachelor's degree or higher (fields vary)

Proven ability to earn trust while challenging teams xysqume to improve
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills

Risk management and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in Italian and English as working languages
Nice to have: manufacturing industry background with hardware/equipment development
Nice to have: certifications: CSM, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, ICAgile-ATF, ICAgile-ACC
