Experteer Overview Capgemini Invent seeks an Automotive Software Engineering Transformation Consultant to help OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers steer software-driven transformation. You will blend strategy, process optimization and engineering methodology to raise automotive software excellence. You'll lead and mentor across teams, shape transformation roadmaps and improve toolchains and testing practices. This role offers scope to impact complex automotive programs and collaborate in a multinational environment.
