The RoleAs aQA Engineerat you will play a key role in ensuring thequality,reliabilityandperformanceof our mobile applications.
You'll focus on building robust automated tests andstrengthening API testing processeswhile still performing hands?on functional validation when needed.
Working closely with developers, product managers, and designers, you'll help identify issues early, expand test coverage, and implement scalable testing strategies that guarantee a smooth and stable user experience.
Your role will be essential indetecting bugs, verifying feature implementations, automating tests, and validating software stability before deployment.
This is afully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross?functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast?paced environment.We are open to support with relocation efforts.
ResponsibilitiesPerformmanual testingon web and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
PerformAPI testsandautomationusingPostman.
Creating and maintainingPostman documentation.
Create and executeautomated regression, functional, performance, and API tests.
Develop and executedetailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Document and report bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Ensurefeature complianceby validating product requirements against test results.
Identifyedge cases, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
Work withcross?functional teamsto improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Provideclear and structured feedbackto enhance product functionality and user experience.
Maintain test documentation and contribute toquality assurance best practices.
RequirementsAround3+ yearsof experience inmanual and functional testing.
Strong understanding ofQA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
Experience withtest case management tools(e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).
Proficiency intest automation frameworks(e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
Strong experience inprogramming languagessuch asPython, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Familiarity withbug tracking systems(e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla).
Experience in testing webandmobile applications(iOS & Android).
Strong attention to detail and ability toidentify complex usability issues.
Experience withAPI testing(e.g., Postman).
Ability to work in anagile development environmentand adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
