Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive growth for Zimmer Biomet's orthopedic product lines across the North East Italy region, building and expanding a high-performing sales organization.
You'll shape regional strategies, recruit and develop the sales team, and ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
You work closely with cross-functional partners to advance customer relationships and execute plans that support the company's mission to restore mobility.
This position combines strategic leadership with hands?on field execution and a strong emphasis on performance and recognition.

Travel with Sales Team to assess performance and training needs

Team management and budget xysqume planning experience
Experience as Sales Manager in Orthopedics and medical devices
Min. 5 years of experience in the role
Travel up to 70%
