pIn this role you will lead Campari Group's regional Distribution Planning for EMEA, guiding a team to ensure optimal product availability, service levels, and inventory performance across the network.
You will coordinate cross-regional planning activities, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to supply chain efficiency and cost control.
Your work will support a scalable logistics network and standardized planning processes in a fast-moving, global business.

/pullibase salary *****K EUR /lilipotential variable compensation /lilibenefits package /lilidiversity inclusion commitment /liliLead and develop a team of 6 Distribution Planners with a focus on capability building and continuous improvement /liliAchieve target service levels and inventory targets across the regional distribution network /liliOversee deployment planning and inventory optimization for EMEA and export markets /liliCoordinate the end-to-end H2H planning process from Americas plants, consolidating inputs from EMEA, APAC and Developing Markets /liliLead weekly SOE reviews with EMEA markets and define mitigation actions for risks /liliCoordinate Supply Review activities, including risk assessment, root-cause analysis,



and scenario evaluation /liliDrive allocation and prioritization decisions during constrained supply /liliAlign regularly with Americas and APAC planning teams to address supply challenges and opportunities /liliContribute to logistics network optimization, focusing on inventory productivity, service, and transportation efficiency /liliPromote standardization, process excellence, and planning system adoption across the organization /liliMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations or related disciplines /lili6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution Planning, Supply Planning or End-to-End Planning /liliProven people management experience in international environments /liliStrong understanding of inventory optimization, deployment planning and logistics networks /liliExperience operating within SOP / SOE processes /liliAdvanced knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP ECC/S4 and analytical tools /liliFluent English; additional languages are a plus /li /ulIn this role you will lead Campari Group's regional Distribution Planning for EMEA, guiding a team to ensure optimal product availability, s... #J-*****-Ljbffr
