As Global Serialization Alert Manager, you lead the end-to-end serialization alert program, setting the governance framework and driving timely, compliant resolution across markets. You collaborate with local teams to diagnose root causes, guide corrective actions, and monitor performance metrics. You continuously improve alert processes, reporting, and system capabilities to meet evolving regulatory obligations.
This role offers impact by shaping cross-market governance and enhancing end-to-end traceability compliance.

Support onboarding of new markets, products, or partners by defining alert handling requirements
Responsibilities
3–5 years in serialization management role
Deep understanding of traceability standards and market-specific obligations
