Fiserv in Milano seeks an experienced Test Manager for Digital & Transaction Processing projects in the QEA GBS EMEA portfolio. You will lead a distributed testing team, mentor testers, and drive test strategy, metrics and stakeholder communications across multiple projects in the payments domain.

The role requires 15–18 years in testing, fluent Italian and English, and a track record in defect management, SIT/UAT support, and both manual and automated testing.
