Hard Rock Cafe are seeking a talented Financial Controller.
This individual will be responsible for administering financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems for the business.
You will ensure legal and regulatory compliance for accounting and financial reporting functions as well as general accounting functions, accounts receivables, accounts payables and payroll.
Management of a small team as well as support of the Operations Management team, with a dotted line reporting into the US office.




/p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liGeneral Accounting – timely and accurate internal PL reporting weekly and monthly.
/li liAccounts payable – supervision of invoice processing and payment.
/li liPayroll – management of payroll processing, development of payroll policies and key resource on employment law matters.
/li liCredit control – ensure timely billing and collection of receivables.
/li liInternal control environment – balance sheet reconciliations and company compliance oversight.
/li liCoordinate compliance of local reporting matters, working with external accountants and auditors.
/li /ul h3Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?
/h3 ul liFinancial management experience in a similar position.
/li liKnowledge of local laws, taxes and licenses and common Finance and Accounting practices and procedures.
/li liMust be able to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members.
/li liMust possess excellent skills of analysis for comprehension and problem solving.
/li liStrong in use of accounting and payroll systems.
/li liUniversity degree in business, accounting, or finance.
