/b /p pReporting to the Operations Director, you willbcoordinate and manage our construction projects /b, for bCSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) /b disciplines, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.
/p pMore specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul lipbDefining methods /b, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), andbanticipating technical constraints /b, /p /li lipbManaging project execution and coordinating on-site operations /b, monitoring technical progress, budget, andbscheduling /b, /p /li lipbSupervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors /b, /p /li lipEnsuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (bchange orders, technical approvals /b, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
/p /li lipbLeading site meeting /bs and serving as the liaison with partners, /p /li lipEnsuringbcompliance with HSE rules /b.
/p /li /ul pWith a bCivil Engineering /b degree (or equivalent), you have at leastb10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
/b /p pRecognized for yourbleadership /band strong interpersonal skills, you combinebdiplomacy, rigor, /band abservice-oriented mindset /band have developedbproficiency in Italian and English /b.
/p pMainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you arebopen to frequent travel across Italy /b.
