ph3HDG is looking for a motivated Art Director / Graphic Designer to join the international team in the Milan office.
/h3 h3DESCRIPTION /h3 pThe profile required is a key figure within the agency in the strategic and design development of products and services.
He/she is able to translate clients' needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.
/p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDesign branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutions /li liCreare innovative and multichannel creative concepts /li liRealise benchmarks functional to the strategic conception /li liDesign and manage communication campaigns /li liExperiment with innovative and cutting?edge creative solutions /li liDesign verbal and creative content /li liDevelop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experience /li liManage frontline customer relations by translating customer needs into innovative and effective creative language /li liDevelop accurate, well?defined and persuasive verbal and written presentations /li /ul h3REQUIRED SKILLS /h3 ul liAt least 2/3 years agency experience /li liExperience in art direction for photo and video productions /li liCombination of strategic,
