and excellent opportunities for professional growth within an internationally connected business.Key Responsibilities:Lead the mechanical engineering design and technical delivery of mission-critical and multidisciplinary building projectsManage projects through all stages including feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, tender support, and construction phase servicesAct as the lead mechanical engineering contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholdersDevelop and oversee the design of complex mechanical building systems including:HVAC systemsChilled water and cooling systemsVentilation and smoke control systemsHeating systemsHydronic and pipework systemsSustainable and energy-efficient building solutionsMechanical infrastructure for mission-critical environmentsCoordinate closely with electrical, structural, architectural, and BIM teams to ensure integrated project deliveryLead technical reviews, design coordination meetings, and engineering workshopsSupport the delivery of low-carbon and sustainable engineering strategies across projectsMentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineersContribute to resource planning, project scheduling, and quality assurance processesEnsure designs comply with local and international standards, client specifications, and industry best practiceAssist in identifying innovative technologies and engineering approaches to improve project performance and efficiencyBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and technical leadershipCandidate Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Energy EngineeringChartered engineer or working towards chartershipExtensive experience in mechanical building services engineeringProven experience working on Data Centre, Mission Critical, or Industrial Building projectsStrong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical building systems designDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projectsAbility to manage projects from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning stagesExperience working in BIM/Revit environments; knowledge of parametricdesign tools would be advantageousStrong understanding of sustainable building design principles and energy-efficient systemsFluent written and spoken Italian and English
