pLuxury brand is looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Milan who will that the relevant collection portfolio is developed in line with the Brand Strategy/positioning, fulfilling customer and Market requirements and meeting profitability goals while liaising with Design Studio and other Functions within the organization.
/ppbr / /ppKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /pulliElaborate analysis on a daily/weekly/Monthly base on business performance /liliSupport in the optimization of stock levels across Regions maximizing sales opportunities and improving inventory efficiency /liliDevelop a clear understanding of competitors' strategies, brand positioning and pricing.
/liliCollect and analyze strategic trends and key market information in order to identify and maximize future sales opportunities.




/liliSupport in the definition of the collection brief (prices, function of use, trends).
/liliSupport Markets and Sales teams throughout the buying campaign by preparing and maintaining commercial tools, assortment guidelines, product presentations, and collection documentation to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across Regions /li /ulpbr / /ppEXPERIENCE: /pulliAt least 1 year in Merchandising or similar role (preferably in fashion or luxury industry) /liliExcellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT /liliSolid analytical skills /liliProduct sensitivity /liliFluent in Italian and English /li /ulpbr / /p
