/li libDesign and implement a high-impact training program tailored /b to role?specific skill gaps, business requirements and brands needs.
/li libDevelop practical tools /b, playbooks, and best?practice guides to enhance commercial expertise, sharing and sales assertiveness across teams.

/li libCo?develop new commercial methodologies and strategic plans /b with the Sourcing Methodology Strategy Department and support their implementation in collaboration with the local Sourcing Excellence Managers.
