Experteer Overview As a Finance Business Partner, you will oversee R&D; project cost and margin monitoring, collaborating with Engineering, Project Management and Strategic Planning to support planning, budgeting and forecasting. You will manage ROI processes and ensure policy compliance, while providing timely reporting on R&D; investments and project profitability. The role combines financial control with cross-functional coordination in a multinational manufacturing environment, offering a pivotal position in shaping R&D; effectiveness.

Retribuzione / Benefits Act as finance business partner for R&D; projects, explaining cost and margin deviations to Project Manager Support Monthly Project Review with appropriate cost analysis Coordinate with Engineering, Project Manager and Strategic Planning to support planning,



budgeting and forecasting Build strong relationship with Engineering to ensure adequate financial support Manage ROI processes with Marketing and ensure R&D; policy compliance Monitor all R&D; costs at divisional level, collaborating with foreign subsidiaries Support monthly actual closing for emerging business Develop and maintain reporting on R&D; project costs, variances, profitability, and project completion Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting Responsabilità Bachelor in Business Administration or Management Engineering Fluent English 5+ years of experience in a controlling/controlling department Experience with multinational manufacturing companies Ability to work independently and in a team Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines SAP knowledge is preferential Requisiti fondamentali base salary from EUR 44.400 annual premio up to 8% of base salary additional benefits (insurances) CCNL Metalmeccanico
