/p h3Who you are /h3 pWe are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join an exciting project in the finance domain.
This initiative focuses on developing a tool that integrates AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate and deliver content to end users via a web-based UI and chatbot interaction.
/p pWe are seeking someone with a background in data science who is familiar with managing datasets and has a good understanding of the finance sector.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liTesting and optimizing a large number of prompts to improve output quality.
/li liBuilding and managing datasets.
/li liUsing and fine-tuning LLM tools.
/li /ul h3Must-Have Skills /h3 ul libExperience with LLM tools or the ability to quickly learn and utilize them effectively.
/b /li libFamiliarity with dataset management and optimization techniques.
/b /li libBasic knowledge of financial concepts and markets.
/b /li libFamiliarity with the software development process is a plus.
/b /li libLanguage Proficiency: /b Native or professional-level fluency in Italian and English is required.
/li libContract Type: /b We are looking for a freelancer (Partita IVA).
/li libDuration: /b From mid-December to the end of June, with the possibility of extension beyond this period.
/li libTime Commitment: /b ul liPreferred: Full-time.
/li liConsideration: Part-time with a significant number of hours.

Ideally, we'd like you to join us in-person at our office one day a week to work closely with the team.
We are flexible and open to evaluating a less frequent presence, but we value the opportunity to meet in person,



especially at the beginning of the collaboration, to build a strong connection.

/li libData Sources: /b Content is derived from a variety of internal and third-party APIs and datasets.
/li libTech Stack: /b The project primarily employs LLMs and Python.
/li libTeam Composition: /b Developers, data scientists, designers, and project managers work collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions.

We especially care about aspects such as the ability to collaborate with coworkers, teaching skills and empathy.
/p h3Take-home project /h3 pFor the final step, we will give you plenty of time to independently complete a 4 to 6-hour-long task, small but realistic.
