TheSeniorProject Manager will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from licensing process to handover to final client.

Manage a healthy relationship with project stakeholders like clients, subcontractors,etc.. Reviews regular progress reports andmakesstaffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals. Verify andvalidateland leases.





Verify andvalidatedesign choices. Monitor, administer and control Service and/or Co-development contracts. Verify andvalidateadditions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies.
