World Food Programme is seeking a Senior Strategic Technical Advisor to lead nutrition-sensitive social protection and food systems in Iraq, driving evidence generation, policy design, and program guidance. The consultant will coordinate with national partners, develop knowledge materials, and support capacity building for government stakeholders.

The role requires advanced degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with English fluency and knowledge of multi-sectoral policy design.
