We are seeking a Mid - Senior level Lawyer for a first class law firm in Milan. (4yrs + experience) Structured Finance & Derivatives team

You will be bar admitted and have experience from a top law firm in: Structured finance transactions, Debt Capital Markets
The role will see you joining a well respected team in Milan and assist clients in financing and assisting issuers, arrangers, lead managers, dealers, xpavfwm investors in connection with debt capital markets transactions, structured finance, real estate finance, acquisition and corporate finance.
