Disaronno group is seeking a Senior Marketing Excellence Manager with a strong project management and process governance mindset, responsible for ensuring effective integration between global strategy and local execution.
The role aims to: optimize the time-to-market of commercial initiatives structure and govern communication flows between HQ and markets ensure the effective cascade of global marketing guidelines into excellent local execution programs This is a pivotal position within the Global Marketing Excellence model, playing a key role in enabling a "one company approach" across global brand teams, marketing excellence, and local trade marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities Project & Process Management Lead and structure the marketing planning process (global commercial initiatives, / OB cycle / NPD launches) ensuring cross-functional alignment. Define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables for global and local initiatives Monitor project progress,
proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks Implement tools and methodologies to improve project management efficiency and execution quality HQ–Markets Communication Orchestration Act as the primary interface between Global Marketing, Trade Marketing, and local markets Design and manage a clear, structured, and continuous communication model Ensure timely and effective sharing of all key information (guidelines, assets, priorities) Establish structured feedback loops from markets to continuously improve global strategies Driving Marketing Excellence & Time to Market Translate brand strategies into clear and actionable toolkits for local implementation Support trade marketing teams in adapting global initiatives into effective local activations (on/off trade, PR, events, etc.) Optimize the time to market of marketing and commercial initiatives Coordinate the definition and deployment of global execution guidelines Ensure consistency between strategy and execution while maintaining market agility Promote best practices and standardized ways of working across markets Requirements At least 10 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or marketing operations/excellence (FMCG / spirits preferred) Strong experience in complex project management and cross-functional coordination Proven track record managing structured processes (e.g., S&OP;, innovation pipeline, go-to-market) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments Analytical mindset combined with strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to thrive in dynamic and evolving organizations Fluent in English What We Offer Permanent contract Salary €65.000 Benefits: meal vouchers, access to training platforms, other benefits Opportunity to work on internationally recognized premium brands Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a strong focus on innovation and creativity
