Reporting directly to the Engineering Design & Authority Director, as a Homologation Manager you will be responsible for leading the certification and authorization processes for luxury railway vehicles operating in Italy and internationally.

This role ensures full compliance with EU directives and national regulations while managing the internal dissemination and continuous updating of relevant laws and standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our exclusive trains meet the highest safety and regulatory requirements, enabling seamless operations across different jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage the certification roadmap for railway vehicles, ensuring compliance with national and international safety regulations.
- Identify applicable standards and documentation requirements to obtain authorization from the National Safety Agency and other regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of Homologation Dossiers, ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate the production and timely delivery of compliance documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison with third-party entities, including NoBo, ISA, consultants, and ANSFISA, to ensure smooth certification processes.
- Continuously monitor regulatory developments,



ensuring internal stakeholders are informed of relevant updates.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Transportation Engineering).
- Proven experience in homologation, certification, and authorization processes within the railway industry.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications, norms, and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with technical teams, external authorities, and luxury travel stakeholders.
- Expertise in technical documentation management and dossier preparation.
- Strong decision-making and planning skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in a structured and timely manner.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements and luxury service expectations.
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach, with a commitment to excellence in safety, compliance, and customer experience.
- Fluent English (written C spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

We offer an annual gross salary ranging from €45.000 to €50.000 + benefits.
