This integration combines decades of expertise with the strength of an international group, accelerating the development of high-value, innovative solutions, particularly in on-board systems and special-purpose machines.In this context, the SENSTRONIC Group is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer for its SELET brand.Your missionAs a key interface between customers and engineering teams, you will play a strategic role in developing tailored solutions in complex industrial environments.In this role, you will:Develop and manage a customer portfolio (special machine manufacturers, integrators, industrial players)Identify customer needs and propose tailor-made technical solutions (on-board systems, sensors, electronics,
automation)Promote our solutions through high value-added technical presentations and demonstrationsManage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and closingFollow projects in close collaboration with R&D;, production teams, and partnersContribute to the development of new markets and customized solutionsEnsure regular reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce) and track your performanceWork organization4 days in the field, close to your customers1 day working remotely / home officeYour profileEducationEngineering degree or technical background (industrial engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)ExperienceExperience in an industrial environment, ideally in special machines, automation, or on-board systemsStrong interest in complex solution-based sales xysqume Key strengthsStrong customer service mindsetAutonomous, pragmatic, and results-oriented approachAbility to analyze and solve complex technical issuesExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsLanguagesFluent ItalianProfessional English (minimum B2 level)Additional language (French, Spanish, etc.) is a plusDriving license required (company car provided)Why join us ?
