/ppResponsible for maintaining existing client relationships/ portfolios with accountability for client retention.
In future, the candidate will be as well protagonist in actions of new business development.
The candidate will manage and develop client and WTW relationships, and service and grow the portfolio within the business unit.
The role will also be responsible for targeting and converting prospects.
The principal accountability of the position is to put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business.
/ph3Duties /h3ulliDay to day client service, addressing requests and queries from the client, insurers and other third parties, communicating by voice as well as email (including advice on cover, contract reviews, placement of cover under the client's global programs, negotiation and arrangement of local policies as required, issuance of evidence(s)



of insurance and ongoing servicing following placement /liliUnderstanding the client's business and risk management needs and delivering them through the provision of ongoing service /liliUnderstanding the client's global insurance program and utilizing them in accordance with the client's insurance and risk management philosophy /liliMaintenance of information on the client database /liliPreparation of market presentations / underwriting submissions as required /liliInterpretation and review of quotations, to ensure fit for purpose and meet client demands/needs /liliNegotiation of terms and cover alterations with insurers and presentation to the client /liliCompletion of reports as required /liliCompletion of summaries of insurance for all interested parties (client / network) /liliAttendance at key client and market meetings /liliWorking with clients, insurers to address and resolve issues /liliLiaison with other divisions/offices of WTW to access specialist expertise and provide local servicing where needed /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pThe Requirements /pulliEducated to degree level /liliFluent in English (oral and written) /liliComprehensive technical knowledge of insurance in order to deal effectively with client needs /liliEffective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the client and insurers /liliAbility to deal professionally with internal and external contacts, representing the Business Unit and the wider Group with a high level of credibility /liliExcellent client focus with proven experience of delivery of high levels of direct client service /liliAbility to analyze situations and provide recommendations to identify optimum solutions for clients /liliGood understanding of the processes that support the operating model and strategy for the Business Unit and WTW overall /liliExperience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery /liliIntermediate level of IT systems (as a minimum Microsoft Office) /liliIntermediate knowledge of data analysis /liliGood presentation skills /li /ulpWe're committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
