Permanent Contract – MilanSector: Transport & MobilitySalary: From 30 K€Kaino, a specialized recruitment firm, is hiring an Italian-speaking IT Consultant to join a technology company based in Milan, operating in the transport and mobility sector across 5 continents.You will be part of a team of 200 employees, working directly with local clients on projects involving the deployment and optimization of business software solutions.MISSIONS :As an IT Consultant, you will act as the bridge between client business needs and internal technical teams.
You will support projects end-to-end,



from functional analysis to the implementation of customized solutions.Your main responsibilities :Gather and analyze client requirementsWrite technical documentation for the development teamPerform data and functional analysesAdvise clients on solution implementation and train them on best practicesConfigure route optimization toolsCollaborate with the Service Center for incident tracking and supportPROFIL :Engineering degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalentFluent in Italian & EnglishFirst experience in a consulting roleStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact directly with clientsAnalytical mindset, adaptability, and strong customer service orientationKnowledge of databases, Excel, SQLUnderstanding of APIs, Microservices...Proactive approach and structured working methodsWHY JOIN THEM ?
