Senior Data Engineer (AWS & Generative AI) – 100% Remote

We are looking for a

Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in

AWS and

Generative AI to join a high-impact, strategic project for a major client in the banking sector

.

You will join an international, fully remote team responsible for designing, building, and deploying next-generation data pipelines and cutting-edge GenAI applications.

Location

100% Remote (Open to candidates based anywhere: High / Immediate start

Data Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines using AWS native services.

Implement, deploy, and optimize applications utilizing the latest Generative AI models and frameworks.

Serverless Engineering

Build event-driven architectures and manage scheduled executions within cloud environments.

Collaboration





Work closely with international cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI and data solutions for financial systems.

Experience

5+ years of proven experience working as a Data Engineer in complex environments.

AWS Native Services

Deep expertise in serverless and core AWS architecture. Hands-on experience with

AWS App Runner, AWS Lambda

, S3, AWS Glue, and EventBridge is essential.

Generative AI

Practical, hands-on experience integrating and deploying advanced LLMs (e.g.,

OpenAI GPT-4o/o1/o3 ,

AWS Bedrock ).

Development Stack

Advanced proficiency in

Python and solid experience with modern AI/Data libraries (e.g.,

LangChain, LlamaIndex

, Pandas, PySpark).

Language

Fluency in

English

(written and spoken) is required to work effectively in our international environment.
