brpb Role Overview /b /pp The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities for Energy Dome's industrial-scale energy plants.
/pp This is a highly operational role requiring strong on-site presence, technical depth, and structured execution capability.
The position is based in Milan, with very frequent international travel during project execution phases.
/pp You will ensure that plants are safely commissioned, tested, validated, and handed over according to contractual performance guarantees.
/p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p pb Commissioning Strategy Planning /b /pulli Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules aligned with overall project timelines.
/lili Define commissioning philosophy from early engineering phases.
/lili Ensure commissioning requirements are embedded into design and procurement.
/li /ulpb Site Execution Coordination /b /pulli Lead on-site commissioning activities.
/lili Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams (mechanical,



electrical, process, automation).
/lili Supervise pre-commissioning, cold and hot commissioning, functional testing, and system integration.
/lili Ensure compliance with HSE standards at all times.
/li /ulpb Technical Oversight /b /pulli Review technical documentation, PIDs, control logic, and system configurations.
/lili Troubleshoot complex technical issues during startup.
/lili Oversee performance testing and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved.
/li /ulpb Interface Management /b /pulli Act as key interface between engineering, construction, and operations teams.
/lili Support Project Directors in resolving site technical challenges.
/lili Interface with clients during testing and handover phases.
/li /ulpb Documentation Handover /b /pulli Ensure proper recording of commissioning activities.
/lili Validate test reports and as-built documentation.
/lili Support final handover to client or operations teams.
/li /ul pb Required Experience Background /b /pulli8–12+ years of experience in commissioning industrial plants, power generation facilities, or complex infrastructure projects.
/lili Strong EPC background.




/lili Hands-on experience in plant startup and troubleshooting.
/lili Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
/lili Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems integration.
/lili Availability for very frequent international travel.
/lili Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related field).
