To strengthen our M&A; business unitand, in particular to further develop the DACH market, we are looking for a:
Junior Business Developer - M&A; (German speaker) MILAN
What will you do?
As part of the team, you will support experienced professionals in:
developing and managing the M&A; opportunity pipeline (buy-side/sell-side);
actively participating in industry fairs and events to generate new prospects;
interacting directly with key decision-makers in acquisition and strategic partnership projects;
strengthening EpyonVivida's international positioning – particularly in the DACH region – and expanding the network;
collaborating with the Execution Team across all stages of the M&A; process, up to Closing.
Who are we looking for?
Degree in Economics or Marketing with approximately 1 year of experience in M&A;, consulting or B2B sales roles;
excellent command of German (native/professional level) and English, and willingness to travel;




strong interest in M&A; and business development activities;
high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.

In addition to the base salary, the determination of variable compensation will also depend on an assessment of the candidate's profile against the position's requirements.
