The successful candidate will be the key contact person for all back?office administrative operations. Key Responsibilities * Management of general accounting * Bank reconciliation and cash flow management * Management of payments, collections, and deadline monitoring * Issuance and control of incoming and outgoing orders and invoices * Document archiving (physical and digital) and records management * Preparation of monthly administrative reports for management * Close coordination with external account firm * Preparation of documents for annual financial closing * Ensuring compliance with regulatory and fiscal obligations * Coordination with customers and forwarders * Management of qualifications and relationship with key suppliers Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in finance, Administration, or related field * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles * Excellent knowledge of Italian accounting standards (VAT, Electronic Invoicing) * Proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office * Accuracy, organization, and ability to work under pressure * Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team * Fluency in English, command of Spanish will be a plus What We Offer * Professional and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility * Competitive salary based on experience * Additional benefits: welfare programs, partial remote work, bonuses #J-*****-Ljbffr
