/ph3In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will: /h3ulliSpread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization; /liliEngaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers /liliManage and support process improvement projects /liliImplement and monitor KPIs /liliPromote and convey continuous improvement tools; /liliManaging continuous improvement opportunities,



addressing necessary actions; /liliSupporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management; /li /ulh3The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain; /liliAt least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
/liliGood knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement; /liliGood knowledge of the English; /liliAbility to analyse processes and solve problems; /liliExcellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI; /liliProactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement /li /ulpSalary Range: €****** - € ****** /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
