In a context of international integration following the entry into the Harvest Group, the candidate will contribute to harmonizing local processes with Group standards, playing a proactive role in the evolution of the finance function.

Main missions and responsibilities

- General Ledger Management: ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of the General Ledger to guarantee full compliance with Group reporting deadlines.
- Invoicing receivables /payables: manage the invoicing process, including the issuance and booking of revenue invoices, posting of expense invoices, processing of payments, and monitoring accounts receivable/payable aging reports.
- Treasury & Cash Management: oversee daily treasury activities, monitor collections, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting & Closures: Execute monthly and year-end closing activities; prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Reconciliations & Variance Analysis: Perform monthly reconciliations (including intercompany balances)



and ensure a clear understanding and analysis of key Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet items.
- Tax & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of monthly VAT declarations.
- Statutory Audit & Advisory Support: Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and financial consultants.
- Shareholder Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial and operational reports for Shareholders.

Education: Degree in Economics

Technical skills:

- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, gained within a Big Four firm and/or an international corporate environment. xlwpduy
- Accounting principles knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive and result-driven, able to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
