Experteer OverviewIn this role you support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance in Italy.
You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to streamline processes, boost data quality, and drive efficient service delivery.
You'll contribute to a data?driven HR function that leverages automation to simplify administration.

Retribuzione / BenefitsManage end-to-end monthly payroll cycle and data reconciliation
Monitor attendance and timesheets via Zucchetti and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with payroll providers, Finance, and external consultants for timely processing
Oversee benefits and pension contributions and payments
Prepare HR reports and payroll analytics for managers
Ensure Italian labor law compliance and administrative deadlines
Support onboarding, payroll, and HR administrative matters
Manage leave and long-term absences in collaboration with Managers
Maintain HR documentation and confidentiality across systems
Contribute to HR policies and continuous process improvements
Support in defining compensation packages and offer letters aligned with onboarding timelines




Coordinate onboarding activities and manage SuccessFactors onboarding/offboarding
Oversee onboarding communications and HR induction for new joiners
Track probation periods, renewals, and key deadlines with Managers and labor consultants
Ensure compliance with local regulations and collective agreements
Manage health, life, LTC, and accident insurance policies and claims
Liaise with brokers and international teams on insurance and indemnity matters
Track vendor contracts, renewals, and annual tax services
Coordinate with external providers for xysqume job postings, training, and vaccination campaigns
Verify vendor invoices against contracts
ResponsabilitàProven payroll and HR administration experience with end-to-end process management
Strong knowledge of Zucchetti time & attendance system
Experience liaising with payroll providers and labor consultants
Solid understanding of Italian labor law and payroll compliance
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
