We are seeking a commercially driven Area Sales Manager North Italy to lead sales growth and dealer network development across South Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesDealer and Network DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners across the regionIdentify opportunities to enhance network performance, standards,
and customer experienceAssess network coverage and support partner onboarding, development, or optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing and after-sales teams to drive network growthSales LeadershipDrive delivery of retail and wholesale performance across motorcycles, accessories, and commercial programmesPartner with dealers to execute high-quality sales plans (launches, campaigns, pipeline)Monitor performance (KPIs, demand, stock) and proactively steer corrective actionsEnsure excellence in dealer readiness for product launches (training, POS, brand execution)Lead and develop Area Sales Managers to elevate regional performanceKey requirementsAt least 4 to 5 years of experience in the motorcycles industry is requiredResponsibility across North Italy RegionFully Remote working conditions - the HQ is based in RomeStrong knowledge of dealer network management and developmentDriving licenses: A & BAgile, flexible mindset; dynamic and adaptable to changeHigh level of independence and autonomyTravel requirement: around 80%
