E-Recruiting is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth for a frozen food project in Sardinia. You will identify opportunities in the HoReCa sector, build new client relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and distributors, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

Fluent Italian and English are required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
